If I make an Internet Booking will I receive any tickets?
No, you will receive an on screen booking reference number which will also be sent to you by email. Print out your confirmation email and when you arrive at your port of departure you should present the booking reference number together with a photo ID and you will be given your tickets.
On arrival to the ferry port, where do I check-in?
On arrival to the ferry port, the check-in booth will be well sign posted. If you are travelling from a port where multiple ferry companies sail from then please follow the signs for the ferry company that operates your sailing (this is stated in your booking confirmation).
How early do I need to get to the port before departure?
Your precise check-in time is detailed on your booking confirmation (on screen and in the email). However, as a guideline with most operators you need to arrive 60 minutes before for vehicle departures, 30 minutes before for foot passengers.
How do I know which ferry company I am booking with?
Once you have made your booking you will receive your on-screen and email booking confirmation. This includes the ferry operating, check-in time and other essential information.
Is my credit card number secure when I make a booking?
Yes, all online bookings are handled via a secure server which encrypts all your details into a format that cannot be recognised.
